One of the pivotal moments of a Dru Yoga class is our Energy Block Release sequences which are designed to unlock the spine from any conscious or unconscious blocks in a physical, emotional, energetic and mental level.
We have 7 different EBRs in Dru, each with a very specific purpose and this month you will explore 5 of those 7.
