If this is your first time experiencing a Dru Yoga class, I would love you to attend a Complimentary Class to see how you feel, if the day and time works for you, if you like our yoga space, my way of teaching and, most importantly, if it feels right for you. Please contact me to organise your complimentary session, I know you will love Dru.
Absolutely! As long as there is availability in the class you are always welcome! Just confirm with me before hand.
No. When you buy your pass and choose the class that best suits you, your mat will be ready for you each week for the duration of your pass. If you can't attend a class, just let me know via SMS in advance so I can offer the space to someone else. You will only be charged for the classes you attend. I love creating strong relationships with my students and we practice together with a deep sense of respect and value for each other.
At the moment, due to COVID space restrictions, classes are limited to 7 people. In normal conditions, each class welcomes 8 students maximum so it is a very personal, safe and encouraging space. You will love the community of our classes.
Due to the gentleness of Dru Yoga, there are no levels in class. Everyone practice at their own pace. I always offer modifications to what we do in class to make sure everyone practice safely and honours their own limits. If you have any concerns or special requirements please get in touch with me and we can evaluate the best options for you.
Your well being is always my priority and is important to follow the following guidelines to ensure we keep each other practicing safe and well:
Check in when you get to the studio using the QR code
Ideally bring your own mat and towel to cover your bolster and other props. Mats will be ready so you can place your own mat on top of it, this helps me mark the right space to comply with social distancing.
Wash or sanitise your hands before and after your class. Hand sanitisers are always provided at the door of the studio.
Please clean our mats after your session, even if you had yours on top.
Please stay home if feeling unwell.
Thank you for keeping everyone safe!
