I love teaching Dru Yoga because it makes yoga available for all.
For almost a decade, I have worked with an open door/open heart policy where everyone is welcome and, as I currently can't offer you that, I am only offering Online Classes for the rest of 2021 (and some pop up classes in the park).

Yoga, means “Union”, it is a life practice to come to know ourselves, respect our bodies, build strong immune systems, and become more conscious, caring human beings. Let’s create the ‘unity’ in ‘community’ and build up our natural inner resources creating resilient bodies, open minds and compassionate hearts.
If you have been part of my lovely yoga community in the last 10 years, please book your class with any of the options below, you will then receive the link to join the online classes.
If this is your first time experiencing a Dru Yoga class, I would love you to attend a Complimentary Session to see if it feels right for you. Please contact me to organise your complimentary session.

Absolutely! As long as there is availability in the class you are always welcome! Just confirm with me before hand.
No, you will only be charged for the classes you attend. If you can't attend a class, simply let me know via SMS, I love creating strong relationships with my students and we practice together with a deep sense of respect and value for each other.
As we are currently only practising online, we have no limits for the number of participants. When we are back in the studio will depend on the space and any regulations we might need to follow.
Due to the gentleness of Dru Yoga, there are no levels in class. Everyone practice at their own pace. I always offer modifications to what we do in class to make sure everyone practice safely and honours their own limits. If you have any concerns or special requirements please get in touch with me and we can evaluate the best options for you.
