Home Practice Tips

Here are some suggestions to enjoy your online practice and intentionally create a beautiful experience.

  • Prepare your practice space in a quiet place at home with a mat, blankets, cushions and any props you like using.

  • Make sure you have let your family members know that this hour is for you. Invite them to join but keep your intention on your own practice  (let them take responsibility for their practice).

  • Light a candle 10min before our class start so it creates an ambience of calm. Set a clear intention for your practice. 

  • If you have any essential oils with you, choose one for the beginning of our practice, if you don't have any and would like to use one, let me know and I can post a little bottle for you.

Tech-Tips

To make sure you have a wonderful online experience follow these simple guidelines:

  • If you are accessing the class from your phone, iPad or tablet, download the Google Meet App on Apple Store or Google Play for a better, seamless experience.

  • If you are accessing the class from your laptop or computer, simply click on the class link above or copy the link to your browser.

  • When you access the link, please MUTE your Audio from the start, so others don't hear any background noises.

  • You can choose to have your video ON or OFF. If you would like some personal guidance, please keep the video ON so I can see and guide you accordingly.

  • Please connect to the class 5 minutes before so we can start on time.
